Business career coaching is performance driven and designed for companies who wish to augment areas within their organisation, for example to increase revenue, sales, productivity, workforce wellbeing or decrease turnover of staff. The coaching structure allows for focus to be on the company, specific teams or to help individuals improve and grow within their role, all of which will benefit the company as a collective.
As with my 1-2-1 individual coaching service, there will be an initial meeting to ascertain your corporate requirements and then determine the coaching framework. Ask yourself the following questions:
